The transformation of the Polestar Petty site in central Leeds was carried out by local contractor CBM Construction.
The property will host 110,000 sq ft of studio space, which will be rented out to multiple companies, including Channel 4, Opera North and Leeds Studios.

The news follows the commencement of work at New York Square, the first phase of Caddick’s SOYO neighbourhood.

Johnny Caddick, director at Caddick Group, said: “There is huge demand for studio space across the UK and in Leeds particularly thanks to the arrival of Channel 4.
